Turn frozen veg into a proper meal
🛒 Ingredients (1–2 serves)
- 2–3 cups frozen vegetables
(broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, Brussels sprouts) - 1 batch Lazy Keto No-Roux Cheese Sauce
- Extra grated cheese (for topping)
- Paprika (optional)
- Salt + pepper
🔧 Method
- Cook the vegetables first
Microwave or pan-cook until hot - Remove excess moisture
Drain well and allow steam to escape - Combine with sauce
Mix vegetables with cheese sauce in baking dish - Bake (first stage)
180°C for 15 minutes - Stir
Redistribute sauce and moisture - Top and finish
Add grated cheese + paprika
Bake another 10–15 minutes
