- 1 batch Lazy Keto No-Roux Cheese Sauce
(reduce yogurt slightly for fish version) - Extra grated cheese (for topping)
- Paprika (optional)
- Salt + pepper
🔧 Method
- Pre-bake the fish
Place frozen fish in dish
Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes - Remove excess liquid
Drain any water released - Add sauce
Pour cheese sauce over fish - Add prawns
Spread evenly - Bake (first stage)
180°C for 15 minutes - Stir gently
Keep fish mostly intact - Top and finish
Add grated cheese + paprika
Bake another 10–15 minutes
⚠️ Key Tips
- Always pre-bake fish → prevents watery sauce
- Use less yogurt → avoids splitting with seafood
- Don’t over-stir → fish will break apart
