Lazy Keto – Iced Yogurt

This version works with yogurt alone or with added cream, depending on what you have.

🧱 Ingredients (500ml Batch)

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (500g)
  • 1/2 cup cream (optional — richer texture)
  • 3–4 tbsp powdered sweetener (to taste)
  • 1–2 tbsp cocoa powder OR 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vodka (optional — keeps it scoopable)

🥣 Instructions

  1. Add everything directly into your reused container or a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  3. Seal and place in freezer.
  4. After 30–60 minutes: stir once for smoother texture (optional).
  5. Freeze until ready.

⚖️ Texture Control

  • Yogurt only: firmer, tangier frozen yogurt
  • With cream: smoother, closer to ice cream
  • Vodka: softer straight from freezer
  • Too firm: let sit 5–10 minutes before eating

🍫 Chocolate Version

  • Add 1–2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Optional: pinch of salt
