Lazy Keto – Wrap

(Oven Method – Failsafe, Scalable)

Early on, success matters more than perfection.

This wrap is designed to work first time, every time—and ca scales cleanly using a simple unit system.

No flipping. No stress. Just repeatable results.

🛒 Ingredients (1 Pair = 2 wraps)

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp almond meal
  • Pinch salt

🔪 Kitchen Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Line tray with baking paper
  3. Lightly spray oil on the paper

🥣 Method

🥄 Mix

  • Use a fork
  • Mix until smooth and slightly thinned
  • No lumps

♨️ Bake

  1. Scoop ~1/3 cup per wrap
  2. Pour onto tray (no spreading, no tilting)
  3. Let it settle naturally
  4. ⏱️Bake 10 minutes

🍽️ How to know it’s done

  • Top is set
  • No wet/shiny spots
  • Lightly firm to touch

Let sit 1–2 minutes

🧠 Use

  • Leave on baking paper
  • Place filling slightly off-centre
  • Roll using the paper to guide it

👉 Roll and peel—use the paper as a tool

❄️ Freeze (same every time)

  1. Cool completely
  2. Check it releases from paper
  3. Leave it on the paper
  4. Stack: wrap + paper / wrap + paper
  5. Freeze flat
  6. Once frozen → bag

🔥 Reheat

  • Take 2 wraps (1 pair)
  • Microwave 20–40 sec (on paper)
  • Warm + flexible is the goal

🎯 What success looks like

  • Releases cleanly
  • Bends without breaking
  • Holds your filling

That’s it. That’s the win.

🧠 LKC System

1 Pair = 1 meal base

Scale by pairs:

  • 2 pairs → 4 eggs
  • 3 pairs → 6 eggs

Same method. Same outcome.

💡 Keep it simple (early runs)

  • No ingredient tweaks
  • No overthinking shape
  • No chasing perfection

Repeat this 3–5 times exactly as is.

🥇 Why this works

  • Oven = even cooking
  • Fixed volume (1/3 cup) = consistency
  • Paper = built-in tool
  • Pair system = scalable meals

This isn’t about the perfect wrap.
It’s about a system that works when energy is low.

Build the habit first. Optimize later.
