🛒 Ingredients (1 Pair = 2 wraps)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp almond meal
- Pinch salt
🔪 Kitchen Prep
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Line tray with baking paper
- Lightly spray oil on the paper
🥣 Method
🥄 Mix
- Use a fork
- Mix until smooth and slightly thinned
- No lumps
♨️ Bake
- Scoop ~1/3 cup per wrap
- Pour onto tray (no spreading, no tilting)
- Let it settle naturally
- ⏱️Bake 10 minutes
🍽️ How to know it’s done
- Top is set
- No wet/shiny spots
- Lightly firm to touch
Let sit 1–2 minutes
🧠 Use
- Leave on baking paper
- Place filling slightly off-centre
- Roll using the paper to guide it
👉 Roll and peel—use the paper as a tool
❄️ Freeze (same every time)
- Cool completely
- Check it releases from paper
- Leave it on the paper
- Stack: wrap + paper / wrap + paper
- Freeze flat
- Once frozen → bag
🔥 Reheat
- Take 2 wraps (1 pair)
- Microwave 20–40 sec (on paper)
- Warm + flexible is the goal
